4. Cancellation / Termination of CredPaisa Account
CredPaisa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account if we identify any suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or unfair activity.
An account may also be terminated in situations including but not limited to:
- Providing incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information during registration.
- Creating multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Misusing CredPaisa services or offers.
- Using paid advertisements or unauthorized promotional methods for CredPaisa links.
- Engaging in any activity that violates these Terms & Conditions.
If a user promotes CredPaisa links through paid campaigns without approval, the account may be permanently suspended, and any pending rewards may become invalid.
CredPaisa also reserves the right to reject or remove any membership if the user fails to provide valid account details or does not comply with platform guidelines.
5. Rewards / Earnings
CredPaisa users may earn rewards when a person referred by them successfully completes a qualifying action through the platform, such as applying for a financial product or completing an eligible offer.
Rewards are provided only for genuine and successfully tracked transactions that are approved by the respective bank, financial institution, or service provider.
A reward may not be credited in cases where:
- The application or transaction is incomplete.
- The transaction is rejected, cancelled, or considered invalid.
- The partner company does not approve the transaction.
- The required tracking information is unavailable.
- Any fraudulent or misleading activity is detected.
The final decision regarding approval, validation, and eligibility of any reward depends on the respective partner or service provider.
CredPaisa will make reasonable efforts to resolve missing or delayed reward issues. However, we cannot guarantee rewards for transactions that are not approved or reported by our partners.
In some cases, the actual reward amount may differ from the displayed amount due to changes made by the partner company. CredPaisa will credit rewards based on the amount received and confirmed by the respective partner.
CredPaisa reserves the right to cancel or remove rewards in situations including:
- Rewards credited due to technical errors.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
- Account suspension or termination.
- Transactions that are later identified as invalid.
6. Payments
Once a qualifying transaction is completed, tracked, and approved by the concerned partner, the applicable reward will be credited to the user’s CredPaisa account.
Please note that every transaction may not qualify for rewards. Approval depends on the terms, conditions, and validation process followed by the respective bank, financial institution, or service provider.
After a transaction is tracked, it may initially appear as “Pending” in the user’s account. Once confirmed by the partner, the status may change to “Approved” or “Validated”.
The validation process may take time depending on the partner’s confirmation process.
Rewards will not be paid in cases where:
- The transaction is cancelled, returned, or reversed.
- The partner does not approve the transaction.
- The transaction is found to be fraudulent or invalid.
- Technical issues prevent successful tracking.
CredPaisa reserves the right to adjust or recover any incorrectly credited rewards. This includes cases where rewards were provided due to errors, fraudulent activities, or transactions that were later rejected by partners.
